1. You are required to make an appointment as much as possible. Please do not be late for the time you have scheduled. If the appointment has to be cancelled due to urgent business, you must inform us without fail .

2. The person needing the legal advice is requested to come to the counseling session. If you can not come because of illness or other reasons, someone who knows your case well may come on your behalf.

3. For effective legal consultation, prepare notes describing your situation in chronological order or documents illustrating people and issues involved in your case, so that the attorney can understand your case faster. It will also help you to get a better understanding of your case.

4. If you have any related documents, please bring them to the counseling.
(Copies are fine)

5. Since any information given to the attorney will be kept strictly confidential, you are urged not to hide anything during the counseling. Even if some information may seem damaging to you, please reveal everything to the attorney. (The damaging facts you hide are sometimes found out later, making the counseling meaningless.)
